  3. The File category offers you a way to ensure that the versions of your application and document do not conflict. The File category is split into two sections: Application and Document controls.

  5. Application Control
  6. Check the Application box for FlightCheck to alert you when the source location of the document‚Äôs application cannot be found.

  8. Document Controls
  9. Check the Version box to ask FlightCheck to compare the version of the document to the selected application‚Äôs version and to alert you when there is a difference.

  11. Check the Language box for FlightCheck to alert you when the language or country of the document does not match that of the selected application (as text may be reflowed due to differences in hyphenation and justification rules).
  12.  
  13. Check the Required XTensions box to be alerted when the document was created with a QuarkXPress XTension that may be required to be active when you later open the document for printing.
